Zou Earth 's diameter kleiner zijn als de huidige vloeibare mantel bleek solide helemaal naar de kern?

Als ik het goed begrijp, vloeibare stof neemt meer ruimte in vergelijking met de vaste stof. Dus, als de Aarde de vloeibare mantel (of lava) werden op een of andere manier stollen en worden verdicht helemaal tot aan de ijzeren kern, zou de totale aardoppervlakte diameter daling? Als dat zo is, zouden we allemaal zwaarder omdat de effecten van de zwaartekracht zou zijn te wijten aan ons dichter bij de kern van de Aarde? Als de diameter van de Aarde doet dalen, wat zou de nieuwe schatting zijn? En hoe veel zwaarder (gewicht - niet massa) zouden wij als gevolg? De ontvangen antwoorden tot nu toe niet echt een antwoord op de vraag. Please help!

We’ve all heard the homosexual jokes about prison, but does anybody actually know anyone that has turned gay in jail? Or how often this actually happens? Yeah i got a friend serving and he doesnt really like talking about this. Well you know what I mean…that was unnecessary. Goodness, i hope he is okay. Alot of nasty diseases can be spread that way and i’m sure condoms arent available. Using sail alone, providing conditions were favourable (I’m only after a rough estimate, eg, three days, a fortnight, a month etc etc). Depart Bristol arrive New York (just for reference). I’m illustrating a short story for someone and they want to know how long (roughly) such a journey should take for the sake of realim, west England to East Coast US (or vice-versa), most direct route. Hi, about 2 weeks ago I was in my ex boyfriend’s attic (with his permission! lol) and he noticed a crack, which turned into a hole when I slipped and almost fell through into the bedroom! If you lie in bed you can now see right through to the attic; while it could be considered a design feature, my ex isn’t keen on it :-) It’s not very big, probably only 1.5ft square if that but obviously the plaster is missing, one of the lathes (think that’s what they’re called; the thin pieces of wood just behind the plaster) is broken in half and poking throught he hole and little bits of the fibreglass indsulation are falling down. My ex told his landlord who said it would cost £150 to repair the damage, but I’m convinced my ex could do it himself…but how? Any ideas? I have been offered a large piece of plasterboard, could he use this in any way and would he have to enlarge the hole to replace the entire lathe? How does he replaster…etc - help please!

Ik moest dit voor een experiment doen dat ik in klasse, de instructies heb geleid bovengenoemd om dit te doen. Ik ben niet zeker van het redeneren achter het.
